Working Principle: 

The position of the upper roll is fixed, and the lower roll moves upward to clamp the steel plate. The arcs of the rollers on both sides move closer together to adjust the radius of curvature of the roll. The four-roller and three-roller plate rolling machines have different roller movements, but the working principles are the same, and they use the three-point fixed circle principle to roll with different radii. But the roundness of the pre-bent straight edge and the roundness of the four-roller rolling machine is better than that of the three-roller.

1. Sheet width: Max. 6000 mm, sheet thickness: Max. 150 mm for cold bending

2. Side rolls are free for rotation and upwards downwards movements are hydraulic powered

3. Top and bottom rolls are driven by hydraulic and gearbox. Bottom roll’s vertical movements are hydraulic powered

4. Rolls rotation on high resistance selfaligning bearings

5. Rolls Cambering: know how variable cambering to avoid reel and barrel effect to increase bending performance and precision
