Quality Control
We have a team with more than 20 rich experienced people. once a order confirm, our factory arranges to produce order with 3~4 days, we will appoint a QC to supervise from Black Granite block cutting to finished product into container, during production process, our QC will carefully inspect piece by piece to ensure correct thickness, measure, flatness and goniometry, as we know honed black granite tile has color different, so we will make color selection if need as order request. We also will send processing photo and inspect finished production photos for our customer checking, then we will pack goods after approving, once there is any quality issue, we can find and resolve in time, to assure our best quality and safety of goods.
Packing And Shipping
Packing: All our Tiles are packed with foamed plastic between each piece Black Granite Tile to avoid scratching during delivery, for other surface process are separated by foamed strip, then fumigated strong wooden crate outside
Shipping: For full container or more quantity by sea, small quantity, urgent order also can by plan as customers' request
